During the Covid pandemic, I pivoted from event management and fabrication to the world of custom Mercedez-Benz Sprinter campervan conversions. I oversaw the entire Build Department for Texino, based in Silverlake, CA. I worked with a fantastic team of carpenters, electricians, designers and fabricators to get customers out into nature in our fully-loaded vans designed to maximize gear storage while including living space with induction stove, fridge, sink, exterior shower, murphy bed and pop top bed, cabin and exterior lighting, roof rans, water heater, solar power, AC/DC outlets and any desired automotive additions/alterations. Each project had custom materials and usability requests that required active problem solving and creative collaboration.
