As F+I Dept. Head, I'm responsible for taking all the build projects needed to produce Lucidity Festival, a 5000+ person event, from the initial design conversation to completion. Including assessing and preparing materials, managing transport and logistics, managing department budgets, hiring and coordinating crews, contributing to stage and structure designs and overseeing site safety. My role ensures that all F&I branches, including Deco, Bamboo Build and Stage Crews, are fully activated within strict timelines by providing branch leads and teams with all resources and guidelines needed to successfully perform. I work closely with the Creative Director to proactively identify fabrication and infrastructure needs and to support a cohesive artistic aesthetic across all spaces, while working to align all operations with this boutique music and art festival's core community values of environmental and social responsibility.
