I manage, order and maintain all tool and build material inventory for Do LaB's Coachella stage and Lightning in a Bottle Festival in a dynamic, high pressure setting. I also hire and oversee the Shop Team, including Special Projects carpenters who support structure build and art operations teams. I actively communicate with all build and art teams to help create accurate build timelines and ensure they have needed resources on schedule while managing the on-site Shop and all tool rental/return during the build, event and strike. It's a logistics and organization heavy role that enables me to use past experience building for this and other festivals to help predict challenges and allow what is always unpredictable and chaotic to move a bit more smoothly :)
