I worked with client Adobe Max to art direct, design, fabricate, install, run and strike two interactive experiences and a branded photo activation for the Max Bash party that capped off their three-day creative conference in Downtown LA.
The first installation was an immersive blacklight Dia de Los Muertos-inspired labyrinthine space, featuring a fun house style murals, artist commissioned Alebrije sculpture by Tigre Mashaal-Lively, several photo moments and an interactive room for actors to engage with attendees in unexpected ways! We also created a blank alebrije form for visitors to paint themselves (which was fully covered by the end of the conference).
The second installation consisted of three 20ft curved walls upholstered in rainbow reversible sequin fabric that created a visually striking, free-standing interactive moment in a main walkway. We also fabricated the 3D Max logo that welcomed attendees to the event.
